60-Day Warranty

We offer a 60-day warranty from the date your order is delivered.

If your product has any manufacturing defects or quality issues (non-human damage), we will gladly provide a free replacement.


Order Cancellation

Before Shipment
Orders are usually processed within 16 hours.
If your order has not been shipped, you can request a free cancellation by contacting us.

After Shipment
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
You may request a return after receiving the package. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Shipping & Delivery Notes

We primarily ship via major carriers such as FedEx and UPS.

  • Please provide a valid physical address (PO Boxes are not recommended).
  • Carriers may leave packages at your doorstep, so please check promptly after delivery.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Once opened, items are considered used and cannot be returned, unless defective.
