Xcotton’s Shipping Protection may cover claims arising from:
- Loss in transit
- Physical damage
- Misdelivery
- Theft post-delivery (within 48h)
- Excessive transit delays (exceeding 14 business days)
Claims Administration
- All claims are processed exclusively via Xcotton’s platform
- FantasyDick provides supplemental order validation when required
- Compensation is governed by Xcotton’s Service Terms
Program Mechanics
- Protection costs are algorithmically calculated based on cart subtotal
- Coverage applies at the order-level
- Cannot be purchased independently of qualifying orders

To File a Claim
After acquiring Xcotton Shipping Protection, eligible claims for package loss (partial or complete), damage, misdelivery, theft, or significant delay may be initiated directly through the Xcotton Claims Center.
Access the Claims Center via the following methods:
1. Dedicated Portal: Navigate to the Xcotton Claims Center, then provide your registered email address and Shipping Protection ID.
2. Confirmation Email: Upon successful registration, customers receive an email titled *Xcotton Shipping Protection Placed Successfully*, which contains a direct hyperlink to the Claims Center within its body content.
All claims must be submitted within 90 calendar days following merchant shipment confirmation. For incidents involving damage, loss, theft, or delivery delays, prompt claim submission after event occurrence is strongly advised to facilitate efficient resolution.
Xcotton will acknowledge all claims within one business day of submission. Provided that all claims documentation is verified as complete, compensation processing or replacement order dispatch will conclude no later than two business days following submission.
